1. Who We Are

LOF — Live Order Flow is operated by Android Drop Bridge (“we”, “us”), the legal entity that provides this service, based in Bosnia and Herzegovina. This policy explains how we handle information for this product and its website (orderflow.kodiqa.com).

2. The App Runs Locally

LOF is a desktop application that runs on your own computer. Your market-data API key, the market data it streams, your settings, and your license key are stored locally on your machine and are not sent to us. Market data flows directly between your machine and your own data provider. The app itself contains no analytics or tracking.

3. License Activation

To activate a paid license, the app contacts our license server with your license key and an anonymous per-device identifier (to enforce the one-device limit and issue a short-lived activation token). This does not include your market data, your data-provider key, or your trading activity.

4. Purchases & Payments

When you buy a license, payment is processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Paddle collects the billing details needed to complete your order (such as name, email, billing address, and payment method) under Paddle's Privacy Policy. We do not receive or store your full payment-card details. We receive limited order information (such as your email and which product you bought) to deliver your license key and provide support.

5. Website

This website is static. Our server may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and reliability. If analytics are enabled, we use a privacy-friendly, cookieless self-hosted Umami instance that sets no cookies, does not track you across other sites, and is not shared with or sold to any third party. We use no third-party advertising.

6. Your Rights

Under applicable data protection laws (including GDPR), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you, and object to or restrict its processing. 7. Data Retention

We retain order/support information and license records only as long as necessary for the purposes above and to meet legal obligations.

8. Children

The Software is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

We may update this policy; changes are reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
