1. Who We Are

LOF — Live Order Flow (the “Software”) is operated by Android Drop Bridge (“we”, “us”), the legal entity that provides this service, operates this website (orderflow.kodiqa.com), and sells the LOF license. These Terms govern your use of the Software and this website. By downloading, purchasing, or using the Software, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

2. What the Software Is

The Software is a desktop application that visualizes market order flow (a “footprint” of aggressive buy and sell volume at each price level) using market data you supply through your own third-party data subscription. The Software is an analytics and visualization tool only. It is not a broker, does not execute trades, does not provide trading signals, investment advice, or any recommendation, and does not predict prices. Trading futures and other instruments involves substantial risk of loss; you are solely responsible for your own decisions.

3. Market Data (Bring Your Own Data)

The Software does not include or resell market data. To display real data you must hold your own valid subscription with a third-party data provider (e.g. Databento) and enter your own API key, which is stored locally on your device. Your use of that data is governed by your agreement with that provider. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, latency, cost, or licensing of third-party data.

4. Orders & Payments (Merchant of Record)

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: it handles payment, billing, taxes (VAT/sales tax), and order-related customer service. Purchases are also subject to Paddle's buyer terms.

5. License Grant

When you purchase a license, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software for your personal or internal business use:

• Demo — a free mode using synthetic data, for evaluating the application.
• LOF License (Lifetime) — a one-time purchase granting perpetual use of the paid features (the real and live order-flow feeds) within the purchased major version.

You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, decompile, or reverse-engineer the Software except where permitted by law.

6. License Keys & Activation

Paid features are unlocked with a license key delivered by email after purchase. Activation binds the key to one device at a time; you can deactivate to move to another machine. Keep your key confidential. We may revoke keys obtained through fraud or chargeback.

7. Acceptable Use

Use the Software lawfully and only with data and accounts you are authorized to access. You are responsible for complying with the terms of your market-data provider.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Software is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, and is not a source of financial, investment, or trading advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Android Drop Bridge is not liable for any trading or investment losses, data inaccuracies, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Software.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes are reflected by the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
