Refund Policy

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied with your LOF license, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase — no questions asked. We also offer a free Demo mode so you can evaluate the application before paying.
2. How to Request a Refund
Orders are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund:
- Use the link in your Paddle order/receipt email, or look up your order at paddle.net; or
- Email info@kodiqa.com with your order reference and we'll arrange it with Paddle.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by Paddle, and the associated license key is deactivated.
3. One-Time License
The LOF license is a one-time purchase — there is no recurring subscription and nothing to cancel. The market-data subscription you use with LOF is billed separately by your data provider and is not part of this purchase.
4. Exceptions
Refunds may be declined in cases of clear abuse (e.g. repeated buy-refund cycles) or fraud, to the extent permitted by law. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
